2010 - 2014 Aged Athletes


Perform Your Best This Season... The Time Is Now 

Our program begins with an evaluation in the areas of strength, speed, agility, mobility and balance. Each athlete will receive a report in which we use to establish a baseline of performance and use as a reference throughout the program to measure progress. Our goal is to help each athlete develop positive training and lifestyle habits, whilst advancing performance through a fun, energetic and educational experience. The program places an emphasis on fundamental strength & conditioning, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness & competition.

  • Based on the metabolic demands of hockey

  • Assessment/athletic testing prioritizes exercise selection based on individual needs Injuries, training experience, lifestyle and fitness level

  • Exercise selection, volume & intensity based on progress, weekly schedule, etc.

  • Significantly increase strength, power, speed, conditioning and movement.

  • Each session is lead by professional coaches, paying close attention to technique and every parameter of athletes program

12 Session Package (flexible attendance option)
