We prioritize building a rapport with each athlete and give them our full attention and effort, unlike many "programs" that rank the energy they put into someone based on where they play. It is important for us to understand who each person is, what they want to achieve and how we can get the most out of them. A big reason our athletes do so well, is because they trust us and believe in the process.
This program is for football players, not those that play football... let that one sink in. It is challenging and requires a great deal of commitment and focus. We want to work with the athletes that are serious and willing to do what is required of them to improve. Our common goal is to be the fiercest, most dominate competitor on that field so the expectation at any session is the athlete train with purpose and intent.
The Youth Football Performance Program is not the "jack of all trades trainer" holding the key to success. Our team of professionals have worked closely together over the years using our skills, knowledge and practical experience to build a comprehensive system that delivers results. Combined, our team of Strength, Speed and Skills Coaches, Sports Therapists and Nutritionists have helped thousands of elite level athletes maximize a full spectrum of performance.
There are no shortcuts and we believe each person should strive to achieve their best athletically, academically and as members of society. It is as much our goal to nurture good habits and integrity as it is to help build football players. Pure Strength is a positive environment where athletes are able to grow confidence and build character by utilizing the people and resources around them. We operate as a family and treat each other with respect and equality, learning and growing to become the best version version of ourselves possible.
Our program begins with an evaluation in the areas of strength, speed, agility, mobility and balance. Each athlete will receive a report in which we use to establish a baseline of performance and use as a reference throughout the program to measure progress. Our goal is to help you develop positive training and lifestyle habits, whilst advancing performance through a fun, energetic and educational experience. The program places an emphasis on fundamental strength & conditioning, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness & competition.

- Assessment/athletic testing prioritizes exercise selection based on individual needs Injuries, training experience, lifestyle, fitness level and timeline factor into individual exercise selection
- Exercise selection, volume & intensity based on progress, weekly schedule, etc.
- Significantly increase strength, power, speed, conditioning and movement.
- Each session is lead by professional coaches, paying close attention to technique and every parameter of athletes program - Each player will gain access to Pure Strength Mobile App, where they can view schedule, track workouts, personal bests and more.
Participants must be between the ages of 10-14. Training sessions will run Mondays @6PM and Fridays @8pm.
Participants are required to bring gym attire, appropriate training shoes and water. Registration for the program will be done online. Please note that players cannot participate without registering.
Participants and their parent/guardian will be required to sign a waver, ensuring the participants are not at risk by performing exercise and strenuous activity.
