WHY SERIOUS ATHLETES TRAIN WITH US
RELATIONSHIPS & TRUST
We prioritize building a rapport with each athlete and give them our full attention and effort, unlike many "programs" that rank the energy they put into someone based on where they play. It is important for us to understand who each person is, what they want to achieve and how we can get the most out of them. A big reason our athletes do so well, is because they trust us and believe in the process.
ACCOUNTABILITY
This program is for football players, not those that play football... let that one sink in. It is challenging and requires a great deal of commitment and focus. We want to work with the athletes that are serious and willing to do what is required of them to improve. Our common goal is to be the fiercest, most dominate competitor on that field so the expectation at any session is the athlete train with purpose and intent.
RESULTS DRIVEN
The Youth Football Performance Program is not the "jack of all trades trainer" holding the key to success. Our team of professionals have worked closely together over the years using our skills, knowledge and practical experience to build a comprehensive system that delivers results. Combined, our team of Strength, Speed and Skills Coaches, Sports Therapists and Nutritionists have helped thousands of elite level athletes maximize a full spectrum of performance.
CULTURE
There are no shortcuts and we believe each person should strive to achieve their best athletically, academically and as members of society. It is as much our goal to nurture good habits and integrity as it is to help build football players. Pure Strength is a positive environment where athletes are able to grow confidence and build character by utilizing the people and resources around them. We operate as a family and treat each other with respect and equality, learning and growing to become the best version version of ourselves possible.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support and expertise."
PROGRAM COMPONENTS
Our program begins with a comprehensive evaluation of each athlete’s strength, speed, agility, mobility, and balance. Each athlete will receive a detailed report, which serves as a baseline for performance and a reference point to track progress throughout the program. Our primary goal is to instill positive training and lifestyle habits while advancing performance through a fun, energetic, and educational experience.
As the program progresses, athletes will focus on building fundamental strength and conditioning, while improving hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and competitiveness. Early phases emphasize foundational movements and skill development, and as athletes advance, training intensity and complexity increase to continually challenge them. Regular progress assessments are conducted to ensure steady improvement, and adjustments are made to optimize performance outcomes. By the end of the off-season, athletes will not only see measurable gains but will also have the tools to carry their enhanced performance into the regular season.

The path to the next level is demanding, and without a solid foundation, it’s easy to fall behind. The program at Pure Strength Academy is designed with every aspect of performance in mind. This is the kind of training that goes beyond just getting stronger or faster; it builds complete athletes.
Moving from high school to college and the pros takes more than talent—it requires discipline, relentless work, and the ability to push your limits. This program equips young athletes with the tools they need to meet those challenges head-on.
