Are you ready to stay strong, sharp, and competitive this season? The In-Season Athlete Membership at Pure Strength Academy is built for athletes of every sport who want to maintain peak performance, prevent injuries, and continue improving while competing.
Program Highlights
1. Guided Training Sessions
Structured workouts designed for in-season athletes, led by professional coaches. Each session balances strength, speed, mobility, and recovery so you can keep progressing without burning out. Sessions run Monday–Friday, 4–7pm for maximum flexibility.
2. Unlimited Access
Membership gives you unlimited guided training plus open use of our 6,000+ sq ft facility. Whether you’re here to train hard, work on mobility, or focus on recovery, you’ll have the space and support you need.
3. Performance Tracking
Stay accountable with InBody scans, progress check-ins, and our training app (featuring video demos and workout tracking). You’ll always know where you stand and how you’re improving.
4. Nutrition & Recovery Support
Fuel and recovery are key during the season. Our team provides in-season nutrition guidance and recovery strategies to help you stay energized, strong, and ready to perform.

All training, nutrition and mobility protocols are uploaded to the PSA App. Features include scheduling, body stats, personal bests, instructional videos and messaging that athletes can access on their mobile device at any time, anywhere. Athletes are also able to sync compatible technology such as the Apple Watch and track their nutrition.
